Registration: Participants must register in person at our Headquarters located at 10222 Bujacich Rd and pay for the class and pick up your student materials. Heartsaver AED
(Certified CPR & AED)
The
Heartsaver AED course is designed for participants who need a certified CPR and
AED course completion card. This course
is for person(s) that work as lay rescuers such as employees in the workplace,
day-care workers, baby-sitters, police, airline personnel, security guards,
family members of patients at high risk for sudden cardiac death, or other
rescuers and those who may need to respond to an emergency.
This course of instruction covers CPR, choking, airway barriers and AED
for adult, child, and infant.
Fee: $30
BLS for Healthcare Providers
The
Healthcare Provider CPR course is designed for physicians, nurses, respiratory/
physical/ or occupational therapists, physician assistants, medical or nursing
students or nursing assistants and other allied health providers.
This course of instruction will cover all areas of CPR, AED, choking,
airway barriers and the proper use of a BVM.
Fee: $35.
Heartsaver First Aid
(First Aid and CPR)
The
Heartsaver First Aid Course meets the required standards for OSHA/ L&I. It
combines the information and skills needed to provide adult CPR and use of an
AED with basic first aid. The course will provide training to treat choking in
the responsive/unresponsive victim; provide rescue breathing with a barrier
device; the use an AED with CPR, and give first aid for acute injuries and
sudden illness. Pediatric CPR will be taught at the end for those who wish to
stay (or) a Pediatric First Aid Course can be scheduled for the group fee. (Must
call for group fee)
