Regular bike helmets - $7 donation.                     Multi-sport type helmets - $10 donation. 

Wear Your Helmet Every Time You Ride your bike, use your scooter, skates or skateboard and:

• Ride with traffic.
• One rider per bike.
• Follow all traffic laws.
• Wear reflective gear and use lights when riding at dust or dark.
• Walk your bike across busy intersections.

Custom Fitting Available

Two styles of ANSI approved bicycle helmets now available Monday through Friday.

Department staff are trained to custom fit your bicycle helmet.  You can be assured that you and your child are wearing an approved bicycle helmet that really fits.  In addition staff will guide you through the steps to keep the helmet fitting well....and will assist you in knowing when to get a new size.  Wearer must be present for helmet fitting.  Helmets will not be sold to moms, dads or grandparents without the child present for the free custom fitting.

A $7 or $10 donation is requested to help us continue this service.
