Maintenance Shop: 

The shop was constructed in 2002 and is a pre-engineered steel building. There are 11,151 square feet on the main floor and 2098 square feet of mezzanine storage space. The shop facility will be for both vehicle and facility maintenance. Vehicle maintenance has 3 double deep drive-through bays with both an in-ground hoist and a portable hoist. Facility maintenance has a single drive-in bay with work bench and tool areas. The building has natural gas heat and has a generator backup. There is also a single bay, double deep covered wash bay for steam cleaning apparatus.
