Ride Along Program

Ride-a-long and Job Shadow Programs

The Ride-along program is for individuals who are 18 and over who are interested in possible careers in the fire service or would like to know more about the various positions available in the fire service.  In order to ride with our crews, you must call the prevention division in advance to schedule a time.  Call 253-851-5111.

The Job Shadow Program supports the middle and high school career day to work program by providing students an opportunity to participate in the daily activities of the fire department.  This service is only available through organized school programs. Call 851-5111 for assistance.
