The University Place Professional Firefighters Union Local 2105 has been a proud sponsor and an active fund raiser for the Cystic Fibrosis foundation for 5 years. The Local became involved in this charity by the dedicated efforts of  Firefighter/Paramedic Scott Kelly, who's  sister Jenny has Cystic Fibrosis and is very active in fund raising and research in Washington with the Cystic Fibrosis foundation. The Local has two fund raising events a year for Cystic Fibrosis.  The Pizza Take Over Night at the Round Table Pizza Parlor on Bridgeport Way and also a Tee-Shirt sale with all proceeds going to the Great Strides CF walk held in May at Point Defiance Park.  The Local has raised several thousand dollars since becoming involved and the Local looks forward to many more years of helping this very worthy charity.  Below are some pictures of Union members at the Pizza Take Over.
